Yoga in the Square
Market Square is the place to be for some of Pittsburgh’s best restaurants, people-watching, and great views of the city. That’s why it’s also the perfect backdrop for yoga every Wednesday and Sunday, Spring through Fall. Yoga in the Square classes are free, just bring your own mat and enjoy the experience!
DropSound Yoga with SweatNet
SweatNet Pittsburgh, a fitness community, has been introducing yinzers all across town to DropSound Yoga, a style of yoga in which everyone receives a pair of headphones to wear that play fun music and the sound of your instructor’s voice. This way, participants can really get into the zone distraction-free. These events happen is various spots throughout the city. Check out the schedule here .

Guided Meditation with Thrive on Health
Local organization Thrive on Health is offering an hour-long meditation session each Tuesday in Brookline. Instructors will walk participants through several breathing techniques, various meditation styles, and adhere to the needs of the astrological forecast. Learn more .
